Malawi/Victoria Buffer

Malawi/Victoria Buffer™ is designed for use with Cichlid Lake Salt™. It contains a natural carbonate buffer designed to enhance the natural environment of cichlids by increasing the hardness and buffer capacity. It adjusts and maintains pH at 7.8 to 8.2. A 250 g bottle treats 800–1600 gallons.

Cichlid Lake Salt

Cichlid Lake Salt™ is a chemically sound blend of inorganic salts designed to simulate the natural waters of the rift lakes. It contains all essential elements such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, sulfate, chloride, including trace elements such as iron, manganese, iodide. It does not include unnecessary or harmful constituents such as nitrates, phosphates, cadmium, lithium, arsenic. Specific dosing is suggested for lakes Tanganyika, Malawi, and Victoria. South and Central American Cichlids from alkaline waters will also benefit from the use of this salt. The salt should be used with Seachem's Tanganyika Buffer™ or Malawi/Victoria Buffer™. A 250gm bottle treats 160 Tanganyika gallons, 350 Malawi gallons, or 500 Victoria gallons.
